PromptMagic provides tools to create, improve, analyze, store, and manage AI prompts. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, ethical, and permitted purposes.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with system operations, or use the platform in a way that may harm others or the service itself.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. All activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

PromptMagic is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login information.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and feature access are clearly described on the pricing page.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. PromptMagic does not store your card or banking details.

4. Content & AI Output Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts, inputs, and content you create or submit on the platform.

AI-generated outputs are provided for assistance purposes only. PromptMagic does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated results. You should always review outputs before using them in real-world scenarios.

5. Limitations of Liability

PromptMagic is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully reliable operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptMagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if a user violates these Terms or engages in behavior that may harm the service, other users, or third parties.

7. Changes to These Terms

PromptMagic may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the platform’s operating jurisdiction.
